  • NEW ANNOUNCEMENT:  Sit & Stay will no longer Start Daily Visitations earlier than 8AM, or later than 8PM.  With us servicing multiple clients, as well as having an overnight clients--as a company and to better serve your animals, we think this will be more fair to our Overnights, our Daily Visitations, as well as Sit & Stays  daily schedule.  This policy will go into effect November 1st, 2023.
  • Due to company growth, and the influx of clientele, Sit & Stay will only be servicing the Northshore area.  Please see Areas of Service for specific cities.
  • Sit & Stay will no longer be offering 4 daily visitations per day due to the growth increase of the company.  We thank you for your understanding.

    • Sit & Stay's Loyalty Rewards: January - June & July - December:  If you book 5 overnight reservations with Sit & Stay within a 6 month period you will earn a 10 discount on your 6th overnight reservation with Sit & Stay. Sit & Stay's Loyalty Rewards  
    • Sit & Stay's New Client Referral Program:  An established client, along with their new client referral will recieve 5% off their total service fee amount on their next booking with Sit & Stay. (Service fee totals do not include travel or deposit fees).

  • To all Sit & Stay Clientele:  As of  April 4th, 2023, PayPal has begun to roll out more ways for customers to pay when sent an invoice via PayPal.  Customers do not need an account with PayPal, and can choose to use their preferred payment method across 200+ countries and currencies.  This should make it even easier on our clients, with more options to choose from.  As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Owner, Katie Lynn Cotaya.  She can be reached via text or email at:

  • New service fees go into effect starting February 1st 2023.
    • IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN YOUR RESERVATION - INCLUDING DATES, DEPARTURE AND RETURN TIMES - WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR START DATE, OR IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS ALREADY STARTED - THERE WILL NOW BE AN ADDED SERVICE FEE OF $50.
    • Make sure to read and review the 2023 annual News Letter for updated policies, services, and fees.
  • ALL CANCELLATION FEES & LATE FEES will go back into effect starting January 1st 2021

Headlines

  • For availability, please contact Sit & Stay ASAP.  We stay in high demand and book reservations at least a year in advance.
  • For new client information, please contact Sit & Stay via the WIPE YOUR PAWS button on the main page.
  • Consultations are free and usually a week in advance to the clients departure. 
  • Sit & Stay Cancellation Policy:  
    • If a client needs to cancel for any reason, as stipulated in Sit & Stays’ cancellation policy, the client will only forfeit the $75 deposit, which will be individually invoiced as needed. 
    • If cancellation is not communicated within seven days of the Client’s start date for their booking, they will forfeit the $75 deposit, plus half the amount of the total invoice for cancellation without proper notification. 
    • Change in reservation after the start date will also result in a forfeited deposit plus full payment of the invoice.   
    • If the reservation is kept, the deposit will not be charged.  All clients will be sent a PayPal invoice for service, deposits and customer receipts. 
    • Sit & Stay is insured and bonded by PCI.  The policy can be viewed on the main page, scroll to the bottom.
