A nonprofit organization started by Sit & Stay Owner, Katie Lynn Cotaya. This organization gears toward helping the homeless of Louisiana who live on the street with their animals in tow. Many homeless have the companionship of a dog, cat, or even a parrot.
"There are many programs that offer a helping hand to the homeless of America. Something that has always been dear to my heart. Even at the age of 16 while on vacation in London I was compelled to help the homeless I crossed paths with. But what about the animals that are with them? I have experienced first hand in New Orleans watching homeless men and women give their animal(s) first pick of the food they were given or happen to find that day. One man told me that his dog eats first. He can worry about himself tomorrow." - Sit & Stay owner Katie Lynn Cotaya
So please donate and help the Friend2Friend Outreach program to continue serving the homeless men, women and animals of Louisiana. With your help, Friend2Friend has an amazing opportunity to reach beyond state borders. No donation is too big or too small
